Jay came to the house to follow up on the initial water test. Jay is very professional and helped us assess the best system for our Suffolk Co. municipal water. We have scheduled installation (very quick in a couple days) and look forward to having clean, soft water throughout the house.

We absolutely loved the process of getting a whole house water filter system. From the first text, Mason, the salesman was great, informative and super helpful. Also seems like a great guy.
Installation day was quick and smooth - only took a couple of hours and Thomas the plumber explained everything in detail.

We got a water kit in the mail to test our water. After a week of waiting I received a call from a wonderful man who told me everything I needed to know about how to get great clean water. I then made an appointment with a water technician to come out. Jay was wonderful and educated me a lot on how bad our water is on Long Island. The plumbers did an excellent job as well! I am so happy I went with Phoutain and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends! :)

Let me just say wow wish I could put more stars it started with sending my water out after I got a notice in the mail the gentleman over the phone said they were a private company and you know what I was all for it because they do what the town wish they can do Fix the Problem. It was something I was going to get around to do is put a water system in because you hear about is the micro plastics in bottle water and all sorts of chemicals in our water supply the specialist that came out was a true educator, Passionate I can tell he loves what he does. The install process was so easy and having no maintenance is just a bonus of all the things the system can do Now I have the peace of mind and will smile when I see another article about our water being nasty because I have Phounatin to rely on highly highly recommended!!!

I just had a whole house water filter and reverse osmosis water filter installed in my house. I waited until I did water tests to write this review. The water quality is excellent and Rose was very accommodating through the whole process. Couldn’t be happier. Amazingly clean and refreshing water.
